Please Note: By placing an order with Gabinge you are agreeing with the stated Wholesale Terms & Conditions.

1. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollar.

2. All prices exclude GST.

3. All Goods remain the property of Gabinge until payment is received in full.

4. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Any requested deposits are non-refundable.

6. Any remaining balance due upon completion of your order must be received prior to dispatch. Goods will not be sent until full payment has been received.

7. All items in the Home Decoration and Glassware and Jewellery collection are hand decorated /handcrafted and minimum stock is available and mostly made to order. For all your orders please check the availability of the product and the delivery dates.

8. Non-specification of colors or  size  etc. will result in a delay. Your 'order start date' will commence from the day payment is received and/or all required information such as colors/dimensions etc. is received.

9. Items which are handmade/hand crafted  are subject to slight variation. The photographs shown on this website depict a representation of the completed article.

10. Returns Policy for Made to Order Items- All items from our collection, with the exception of earrings, may be returned to us for a refund (less a 20% re-stocking fee* and any postage & packaging charges).  We must be notified within strictly 2 days of receipt and returns must be postmarked within strictly 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned unused/unworn, in the same perfect condition that they were sent and with all relevant packaging.

11. Minimum order is $1500.

12. Payments can be made by Direct Deposit or by cheque. Direct Deposit details are on the bottom of all invoices.

14. Delivery will be organized by Gabinge and the freight is based on "cost" price.

15. Gabinge must be notified within 7 days of receipt of goods for Price Adjustment

16. Gabinge must be notified within 7 days of receipt of faulty goods.

17. Gabinge must be notified within 7 days of receipt of order for Short Supply.

18. A 20% restocking fee will apply for late returns, if Gabinge has agreed to the return.
